  We had a spa room because we had our 6mth old baby so the kitchenette with microwave & bath was a necessity. Our room had lots of space for our little one to zoom around in his walker & was at the far end so nice & quiet. The owners were lovely and made us feel very welcome.   Absolutely brilliant! Staff was excellent! I accidentally booked the wrong room and but was not a problem to fix that up and put us in the room I ment to book. Quiet location. Didn't hear any traffic noise. Facilities were ample and clean. Extra pillows provided and plenty of room for luggage.   we were on our way through to Melbourne. Very convenient location. Room was a standard motel room. Clean. Great shortbread biscuits with the tea/coffee! Breakfast was basic but plenty of it. The man who was looking after the breakfast room was very lovely, friendly and chatty. - The owner was particularly friendly and thoughtful.   Nice modern linen even though old fashioned (yet well appointed) rooms. Warm on freezing night, good TV. It was great to have breakfast as part of package (in dining room) and late check out (10am). Friendly staff and good service was much appreciated.   The friendliness of the staff. We had a problem with the door lock after hours and Peter worked very hard to get it sorted out as quickly as possible. He had to call in a locksmith to gain access to our room. He placed us in a vacant room so that we did not have to stay outside in the cold.
