I really like the appartment, very confortable, very clean, with great facilities (sauna, pools) and with nice views. -

Really enjoyed the Adult Lap Pool. Granny - children loved the other
pools 3 and 6. Two complaints were readily taken care of within 12 hours
- tin opener did not work and the seal on the oven kept coming off. Car
parking available close to our accommodation. Plenty of amusements on
offer for the children whether the weather was dry or wet. -

Nice bath. Nice bed. Kitchen good but We didnt use it.
Had problems with the TV and Phone. Phone need s relabelling as "front desk" button didnt work and front desk said "oh but you dial 9" well no where did it say "Dial 9" also the directions for accessing ordinary TV stations is incorrect. The booklet needs to be rewritten as the info on the TV

The accommodation was in close proximity to all places we were intending on visiting. The one bedroom unit was clean and tidy and had all the necessities required of a self contained unit. I would stay at this location again.

I was allocated a high floor unit with very beautiful view of the Gold Coast. The unit is well equipped and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and help full. There is a free car park lot assign to us. -
The proximity to all services, mono rail, bus service. Walk to shops, beach and casino.
Very friendly service by staff.

The location is great, with a fantastic view. We were given a top-floor apartment which was huge. We didn't have a car but were able to walk to the shops and use local transport quite easily. The pool was a great magnet for the kids and my nephew had hours of fun making new friends there. We definitely intend to return. -

I loved every second of being there but the best thing about my time up at the Q1 was a certain staff member. Kevin he made me feel welcome from the moment I checked and was great and really friendly, and he gave me the best service and I went back down to the lobby after I had a swim and just got to talk with him. He is the reason I will definit

Q1 is amazing! I loved the activities that we could do (skyclimb, observation deck - breakfast lunch and dinner!) everyone was so friendly and welcoming! I would definitely come back! Not mention our view from level 53 was SUPERB! Words cannot even describe! Thank you, to all the staff for making us feel at home:)

rooms were supplied with plenty of crockery etc, and were designed beautifully. We had 8 girls in 2 x 2 bedroom apartments and had a really fun weekend away.
There is also a hairdressers/beautician next door and a few of us had some lovely treatments. -
Lay out of apartments was fantastic for traveling with 2 teenagers. Unfortunately we were stay
