Unfortunately there was a mix-up with the backpackers in receiving my
online reservation, however the staff member rectified this by upgrading
my stay to a larger room with an ensuite which I was grateful for.
Accommodation was lovely and quiet which was much appreciated, great
location and excellent prices. -

The gentleman I dealt with upon arrival - (Con) was obliging, friendly & extremely helpful. He answered each of my questions & gave me the taxi phone number, location of the railway station, approx. cost of the taxi fare & was courteous in every way. He was never gruff or annoyed & I did make several trips down to reception to ask

At the heart of city, only 2 minutes walk to the Bus Station and Central Market.
10 minutes walk to the Railway Station. All the staff are very friendly

The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. The apartment was spacious. Care was taken to explain how the parking system worked, and this was easy to understand.
The view to the coast was marvellous.
The wet areas were sparking clean and the room facilities were modern and easy to use.

Front desk service personnel very accommodating and attentive to providing solutions even to inquiries not directly related to stay, e.g. where in Adelaide to order for a bespoke customised plaque. i loved staying at buxton manor it was quiet and we were able to relax in the peace and quiet and it was close to all the places that we wanted to go

We appreciated the calm of the backpack'. It's clean everywere and the staff is very friendly. We enjoyed the big common area, with big tables, comfortables sofas, billard and TV with DVD.
One of the best point : the free barbecue on every wednesday evening !

Great hostel with wonderfully helpful and friendly staff. The Wednesday night BBQ and killer pool competition was so much fun. I loved this hostel because of how nice and accommodating the overall atmosphere was. I would definitely recommend to other solo travelers, couples or groups. -
The room was comfy the bed was excellent and room was quiet.

Location in Adelaide, walking distance of Budget rental cars! Very friendly staff especially the Reception staff Creina, Lucy and Taylor. Although in the centre of Adelaide the Hotel was quiet. Would certainly stay there again if we were in Adelaide. We were with another couple who also liked the hotel. Also has Andre's Cucina & Polenta Bar in the building - fantastic!
