My colleague and I checked in together and were immediately offered a free exec upgrade - very much appreciated as I needed to use desk. Rooms allocated were directly opposite - perfect for coordinating our departures (ie, good, thoughtful service). Great bathroom. Great snack selection. One of the best hotels I have stayed in for a while + value for money.

never encountered such nice staff and i have stayed in hundreds of hotels! Pool is really clean and has loads of really comfortable deck chairs. Breakfast was amazing, room was spacious with really big bathroom and nice extras that you would expect in a 5 star hotel. location is fantastic. -

We loved this hotel! The room was the nicest we have ever stayed in due to it's size, the balcony, facilities and decor. It had a great view of the city and was located right in the CBD (perfect for a work or city trip). The food & service was great as well, but most of all we loved the size of the room, the huge windows and large bathroom. -

Very comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom, close to great restaurants and cafes. The lifts were always quick and are a bit fancy. Nice tea and coffee selection. Bathrobes and slippers a nice touch. Great customer service when we needed maintenance in our room (bathroom doors off runners).

The location is very convenient to town and major tram routes. Nice décor with an old-world feel in the lobby and public areas. The rooms are not huge, but perfectly adequate for a couple. Staff were attentive and helpful without being obtrusive. The Restaurant (and the service there) is excellent. Was only there for a shortish business break so didn't use the pool/gym and can't comment on those.

Superb swimming pool, spa, sauna & steam bath.
Room is comfortable and size is good and large bathroom.
Breakfast was excellent with so many choices and healthy fruit juicing drinks

Everything. The location on the water but close to Adelaide; all of the facilities; the housekeeping (everything was spotless, glass shiny, etc.); the food was excellent and well presented; the staff could not have been more helpful and gracious. We really felt that each of the them was committed to ensure that our stay was exceptional. It was!

our room had brilliant views, a very comfy bed. There is a great pool and spa area. We thoroughly enjoyed the 5th quarter bar, it has so many different and interesting items of sporting memorabilia. The location was fantastic. A short walk to all that I needed to do. The highlight was the service from the owners. The price is the same as a hotel room but you have the luxury of a beautiful big apartment with a spa and wonderfully appointed kitchen. I will stay again.

It is on the edge of the CBD, it is original in its set up and has character (as opposed to to some of the chain hotels I've stayed in) and they actually offer you free beverages and snacks. This place takes care of you. -

The heritage listed fire station building was amazing. The fire engine was right there in the suite along with authentic uniforms, helmet etc for unique photo opportunity. Loved it !!! PS the heated floors were fantastic. My grandson didn't want to leave. -

Regal Park is in a very convenient location for a City visit just 50m off the main dO'Connell St yet we did not have a problem with traffic noise, nor did we hear other guests which was great considering we were in town on the busiest weekend of the year. Check-in desk (male) staff member was very friendly, warm and efficient. Very good value for money, location is excellent (with many fine eateries around the corner in O'Connell Street), room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Kate who was looking after reception was extremely friendly and made me very welcome, not cold like some of the bigger hotels -
