During the following holiday periods an additional charge of 200 USD per week is applicable: Christmas season from December 17th until January 2nd 2014. Carnival, February 24th - March 3rd Easter, April 13th - April 28 2014. There is a USD 400 caution deposit refundable at the end of your stay. An amount of 100 USD- per week is included in the rate for water & electricity. A security deposit of USD 400 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
