Very personal and comfortable hotel, where quality on all fronts was perfect! In contrast to another comment on this website, everything (incl. sauna) was working, the food was excellent, the breakfast was perfect, staff was helpfull, service minded, experienced and professional yet superfriendly. The hotel surprised me in a positive way. One day before our arrival, I received an email from the staff asking what time we would arrive and placing himself at the disposal. The location in San Telmo couldn't be better with easy access to the subway system and all historical sites. Also fun to be right inside the Sunday San Telmo Market. Also, the entire staff was cordial, helpful and professional. Made the stay all the more worthwhile.

Very accommodating staff - bent over backwards to help us; cannot emphasize this enough. Modern furnishings were very aesthetically pleasing. Nice pool, fitness room and roof deck on top floor. Shared internet (24/7 access). Very good value. Neighborhood was fairly convenient to various parts of the city. -

The staff were always very helpful and nice when answering questions.
Everything was clean and the hydro massage bathtub was amazing,
specially after a long day walking. The breakfast was delicious as well
and they have variaty of choices to eat. The also offer an excellent
lunch for a fair price (cheaper then restaurants in general).

The hotel was excelent. The breakfast was very nice and the generalareas of the hotel were excelent. Free internet and a excelent location,just in front of the Obelisco. Very helpful staff. Sauna and many kindsof baths free in the spa. Obviously recomended. - Everything

I thought the room was great vaue for money, although the letsbookhotel.com pictures and description make it sound as though it has a zacuzzi in the room, when in fact it's not even in the same building. They did leave some welome choclates on the bed though, which was nice. The staff also were helpful showing us a city

Recommend the city bus tour with BA bus 3hr trip but take jacket if you want to sit upstairs
