  the personal touch was excellent. I had not been able to get into the Sheraton because my schedule changed at short notice and the LetsBookHotel.com offered this as an alternative.   The hotel surprised me in a positive way. One day before our arrival, I received an email from the staff asking what time we would arrive and placing himself at the disposal.
