This is hostel/hotel, but with the hotel room you wouldn't feel like you were in a hostel. Hotel rooms are all en suite and very spacious and clean with aircon and the best hot powerful shower!

I liked very much the hostel, the rooms are clean, people are very nice, the recepcionists are adorable. I'm brazilian and stayed for four days, went alone to buenos aires and was amazing. The hostel is close to other neighborhoods known like palermo retiro and recoleta. I recommend!

The hotel surprised me in a positive way. One day before our arrival, I received an email from the staff asking what time we would arrive and placing himself at the disposal. The location in San Telmo couldn't be better with easy access to the subway system and all historical sites. Also fun to be right inside the Sunday San Telmo Market. Also, the entire staff was cordial, helpful and professional. Made the stay all the more worthwhile.

Helpful staff - Carlos at the front desk was wonderful! He got taxis for us and was very helpful with dining suggestions and questions about safety in the city. All the staff were polite and helpful. The location was excellent for shopping, restaurants and explaining to taxis where to drop us for the hotel.

Location was my favorite. Nicholas, the doorman, was especially friendly but the whole reception area was outstanding. Breakfast was good and staff was wonderful. - Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

At the adress there was no room available. However, I have been given one about 700 mtrs away in one of the best neighborhoods (Recoleta). The one room apartment with kitchenette was new and luxuriously equipped. - Very relaxing, clean, prompt service for our questions. Awesome staff, very friendly. We stayed in an apartment for a really cheap price and it was beautiful and comfortable. In the middle of th city, it was actually the perfect place to stay. It was really cold outside but they've got heating. will stay again in a couple of weeks... -

It was in a very good location and close to the hop on hop off bus stop. The staff spoke english
