The room and bathroom were both large. The room had french doors opening
to a view over the city and the Scala outdoor patio below. The room had
a table and two chairs. There are many restaurants very close to the
hotel so you don't have to travel far (especially when dinner
isn't until 9 pm or later). The subway is only a block away. The
staff was very friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend
this hotel and stay here again.

I cannot say enough nice things about this hotel.
First, the staff: professional, knowledgeable, friendly. Augustina, Nicolas and Gonzalo were amazing at helping us figuring out where to go and what to do!
Next, the breakfast: fresh fruit salad and OJ. The coffee is also amazing. Not to mention the 4-5 kinds of breads, cereal, bacon and eggs...

Huge room and a bathroom with a separate toilet. The location is fabulous, just round the corner from the cemetery, the craft market and lots of restaurants. Staff were outstanding - very friendly and went out of their way to help and make me feel comfortable. Excellent location, just a short walk to the many shops, restaurants, cafes and clubs of Palermo Soho and Palermo Hollywood. Comfortable rooms and bedding, plus a nice little balcony to relax with a glass of wine. Very nice breakfast as well. Highly recommended!
