  Everything. The room we were booked for was not the right one, so the manager of the hotel gave us the Suite on the 10th floor which was 525 sq ft for the same price. I cannot how extremely we were with the hotel, the staff and the cleaning staff. They were available for all our questions, extremely helpful. By the way did the mention that the sui... was die leute sagen » te on the 10th floor was oceanfront and we had 2 balconies. Best of all was that they did not charge us extra. Clearly the best hotel I have ever stay - The customer service, how clean the room was, and the location were excellent features of this hotel. The staff were friendly, polite and ensured we were attended to. This will become a regular destination for us.

  The front desk was wonderful. Anything we asked they did for us. We had requested to be onthe same floor and they actually put us next door and across the hall from each other which was wonderful.   The hotel was in a perfect location. Convenient to downtown Charleston, restaurants, shopping and all the Spoleto festival events. The pool on the 4th floor was nice, but just wish the cafe there was open on the weekdays (it was only open on Saturday during our stay). - Staff is exceptional - every single interaction was positive.   The location was excellent. The hotel was easy to find and accessible. The hotel offered guests a free shuttle service to and from our transportation sites - airports/cruise port. This was a surprise to learn about and an added savings. They were timely dropping off and picking up. I valued this service and the offer by Radisson!   The villa had all the comfort of home ideal place on the beach and the entire layout gave us the feeling walking into a multi million dollar complex - Beautiful and spacious condo! The pools are gorgeous. This place would be more beneficial in the warmer months.
