  I loved everything. I slept really good and enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking everything to drink my coffee. I especially loved being about to walk and run along the water.   Everything. The room we were booked for was not the right one, so the manager of the hotel gave us the Suite on the 10th floor which was 525 sq ft for the same price. I cannot how extremely we were with the hotel, the staff and the cleaning staff. They were available for all our questions, extremely helpful. By the way did the mention that the sui... was die leute sagen » te on the 10th floor was oceanfront and we had 2 balconies. Best of all was that they did not charge us extra. Clearly the best hotel I have ever stay - The customer service, how clean the room was, and the location were excellent features of this hotel. The staff were friendly, polite and ensured we were attended to. This will become a regular destination for us.

  I was excited about the reduced golf fees set up between the resort and thirty-two golf courses in the Myrtle Beach Strands. The rates were better than I could have received at the local Senior Center. As a single golfer, all I needed to do was go to the activities office, located on the second floor of the resort, and make my request for that day... was die leute sagen » and the time I wished to play. The reduced rates took place after 1:30 P.M., but on two occasions when I arrived early, the golf starter at the cours - The location of the hotel was great. It was not in the middle of the busy part of Myrtle Beach. The pools were nice and having the parking deck attached to hotel was nice since it was raining part of our trip. Staff was nice and rooms and hotel was clean and up to date.

  Location was perfect. Right across the street from one of the only parks in the historic district. Walking distance to all of the attractions and a free trolley system for non-walkers. The staff could not have been more accommodating and the location was convenient to everything.   The location was wonderful. Ocean view felt like ocean front. Staff was so friendly and I would book with them again. Rooms cleaned daily.I couldn't ask for more. - The view was great. The staff was friendly, especially the cleaning staff. Also, the food that we had at the resort was good.

  Our family vacation was very enjoyable except for the rain we had everyday the week of july 4th.   My past experiences in Myrtle Beach were not good and though all hotels were the same. However, my first impression at this hotel will last a long time. Our check in associate, Ashanti was extremely pleasant, friendly and helpful. She was great. A call to the room checking on us was a nice touch. Staff was helpful and friendly. That with my experience will make me a repeat - Location, Location, Location and the restaurants.......I went down for the '13 Spring Harley Davidson Rally and this was a great location. The bottom part of the parking decks were used for bikes only. They had security in the parking garages around the clock. The bike parking is the best there is, bar none.

  Loved it!!!Will definitely come back. I was surprised by the facilities. Much nicer than I had imagined for the price. I had booked through bookings.com and had never done this before so I was a little leary. However, no extra fees were charged and the room was beautiful, extremely clean and kitchen had all newer appliances (stainless steel). It w... was die leute sagen » as the same price as the Holiday Inn Express except this hotel had tons of amenities: indoor/outdoor pool, lazy river, hot tubs, etc. The whole family - The condo was very spacious, clean and located just across the street from the beach. Every room had it's own balcony and we were able to see the beach from two of the balconies. The kitchen was small but fully equipped and the unit also had a washer and dryer. We would definitely stay here again.

  I had one issue with the room and it was resolved asap. If we had more time we definetly would have stayed longer. - The staff was very nice and the rooms were great. Good location.
