  Absolutely superb experience at this motel- it is family run and operated and the family really wants to make their customers happy. Not only do they offer free shuttle to and from the falls (saving $20 to $40 on parking per trip....seriously...it's $15 frigging dollars to park at the falls!!) but every experience that we had with them- from the f... was die leute sagen » ree continental breakfast to the recommendations on things to do around town were 4 star worthy!! I almost never write reviews like this- but in this - Good value for dollar considering it was Niagara Falls - surprisingly expensive all things considered. Hotel stating they offered breakfast is a joke - seriously, don't even mention it - it is more truthful. That said, extremely convenient location to Falls. Room was acceptably clean with hot water and basic bathroom amenities. Bed was good. Relatively quiet. All in all, a decent hotel with convenient parking.

  For a quick stay in Geneva, Best Value is just that. At the top of Seneca Lake, the town is a tourist destination so the national chains are pricey. The staff is friendly and we rented a room with three double beds for about $100. The rooms in the back are very quiet despite the fact that the hotel is on the main highway.
