The game room, movie theater, bowling, pools and the lakeside water sports added value at every turn. Breakfast was a delight and the staff superb.   I have stayed here over 5 times. Usually for the jazz festival. Beautiful and relaxing place to stay. Very elegant. The staff is extremely accommodating. Right in town. Close enough to all the restaurants and the main strip of Saratoga Springs. Will be back next year

  The Hotel was spotless top to bottom, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very good with lots of choice for the diet concious. It was within 15 miles of were my granddaughter had to play lacrosse and the route to the fields was direct. The front counter staff printed us directions and delivered them to the room. If you forgot a touth brush, razor or shaving cream etc. they had free supplies - Breakfast facilities were amazing! Staff were super friendly and helpful! Room was super clean! How is that five star hotels still can't understand to threat guest as individuals? When you have answered the same standard questions if everything is great a hundreds times from every staff in just a four day short visit, it becomes less funny. Different individuals are intresting, perfect robotized hotels are not.
