  We just returned from a 2 week foliage tour of the New England states. Our stay at Country Inn and Suites was one of two places that we stayed where we have nothing but good things to recommend. Staff was very friendly, especially Diana, who was really helpful. 2. Breakfast choices were much more than expected. 3. Complimentary dinner was unexpected. 4. Gym and pool facilities. 5. Good location, easy access to highways, city, dining and shopping areas.

  Staff was amazing - very kind and helpful, highly accommodating. The king suite was way better than what we expected for the price: robes, couch/tv in one room plus king+tv in another, pool, workout room, and breakfast. Situated right next to Buttermilk falls - an Awesome place to hike and sight-see if you want to get a taste of Ithaca's beautif... was die leute sagen » ul landscape. Only about a 10-15 minute drive right into the city. - The room was clean and comfortable. The view was really nice as well. The entire time I was there I felt comfortable; from the moment I stepped into the fireplace-lit entrance (with a visitors library, which was also awesome!) it was a nice place to be. All of the facilities were clean and the breakfast area was spotless and the food delicious. Highly recommend!!

  Everything! We especially loved the bunk room set up! We traveled with two parents and two adult boys 18 & 20. We all wanted to stay in the same room but a typical 2 double bed set up in most hotels would not have worked and having two rooms in a typical hotel would have meant us being apart and would have extremely expensive. We all had our own comfy full size bed with great linens plus our own little flat screen tvs - Stayed there for my birthday and was amazed as soon as I walked in the door! The level of customer service was top notch! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is swanky and done right from the artwork in the lobby to the, spa, to the rooms, to the restaurant and nightclub. It truly is a one stop shop experience. The surprise of a skating rink justblew me over! The hotel isactually indoor/ outdoor! The room are a nice size with a gorgeous bathroom. The heaters are a little loud

  The quietness. Like a retreat. Great food. - Staff were courteous and efficient. Checked in early but no rooms were available, they said they would call me when I could go to the room. They did. The room I got I didn't like (close to elevator door and TV not straight in from of bed). They upgraded me to quieter corner room.

  I found them very friendly at the desk. When we got there there were a group of teenagers staying at the hotel and were very rowdy.with not a lot of supervision.   Everyone was friendly, the bed was very comfortable, nice area, I would definately stay there again. The bartenders were extremely friendly. - When they say location is everything, well this backs that 100%. Love the grounds. And inside lobby hall ways rooms....immaculate.

  this was our 1st stay at the Fairfield inn and from the second we walked through the door we were pleasantly surprised at how clean the place was and the staff at the front desk were so friendly, we have stayed in many hotels in that area and never been in one that was immaculately clean as the room we were in and i dont use that word loosly,so th... was die leute sagen » ank you for making our stay a pleasant one.. - Great price and breakfast, rooms very nice. Staff at breakfast were so friendly and helpful .. they appeared to really care that every thing looked good, was fresh and well stocked. Made our review of the hotel in general much better.
