  The resort felt like a true New England Resort. I loved that it was removed from the hustle and bustle. The grounds were impeccably maintained. The into town was convenient and fun!! - Great facilities with lots of recreation options including heated fresh water pool, salt water pool and hot tub right on the ocean. Room was superb.

  I loved how immaculate and well maintained our one-bedroom suite was. It was very lovely and inviting. We were across the street from a leisurely path to Marginal Way and to the beach, across the street from the trolley which would take us to more shops and restaurants downtown, and within walking distance of many places to eat and shop. The room was spacious and immaculate. Parking was helpful. Great location. Close to the Ogunquit attractions but also near Kittery Outlets, York and Portsmouth. The small kitchen area was perfect size and fully stocked with essenitals.

  Very nice hotel. Our room was a king suite with a small private deck off the bedroom, spacious living area. Very clean and it didn't smell like a hotel usually does which was a bonus. The hotel was very nicely decorated for the season. Parking garage was nice as it was cold when we left and we didn't have to be outside long.   The location was excellent and so very beautiful. Loved the Marginal Way walk watching the sun come up and all the beautiful rocks and waves. Also loved so much the huge beach at low tide where we could walk for miles. The town is wonderful! Glad that we went off season, too. Could enjoy our walks in town and gift shopping without crowds.   A bit more pricey than what we are used to, but definitely a very nice, clean atmosphere. Loved the fact that the duvet covers were washed for each new guest, that was priceless! - Everything was perfect. The room was very confortable, the staff was great and very helpful.   My wife and I have stayed at the Samoset Resort a number of times and the staff has always been accommodating and extremely friendly. Meals in the restaurant are excellent and the ambiance (both in the restaurant and in the hotel) couldn't be better - summer or winter. - The pool was beautiful and had a family friendly atmosphere.   We were a party of 2 couples with 2 rooms. When we checked in, we were told that they ran out of rooms with double queen beds, so both rooms were upgraded to suites at no extra charge. We certainly got off to a good start! Everyone at the hotel was always courteous and friendly and ready to help. As the person who picked this hotel, I was glad that everyone in our party was happy - Stayed at the Atlantic Oceanside's downtown apartment in Bar Harbor, The Song of the Sea. It was perfect! Centrally located downtown with a beautiful view of the harbor and Bar Island, it was perfect for our family of 5. 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen and living area was great and the washer and dryer was a added bonus. Decorated nicely, very clean and the parking spot two blocks away was great. Will only stay there on our next visit to the wonderful Bar Harbor/Acadia area!

  A completely awesome experience. The room was enormous, with a huge bathroom. There is also a theater room (great for watching football games), multiple lounges, and an incredible reading nook on the third floor. The nightly rate might appear expensive, but this is actually a good value. - Superb accommodations and a lovely edifice!
