  Pretty good hotel , with a pretty good staff . The room (king suite) is pretty good also. The hotel is very calm and cheap , and the shuttle lead you everywhere , anytime , in a range of 10 kilometers . Bart and the Oackland airport are very close . And it take less then a hour to reach SFO international airport for a very cheap price . Center ... was die leute sagen » of San Francisco is half a hour by car or by Bart for a ridiculous price . It's a very good idea to stay here ,cause it's a calm and pretty good h - Room was large, well equipped and clean. AC unit bit poorly located to use trough the night. Location of the hotel is good if you want to stay close to airport. Otherwise neiborhood was bit "scary". Nearby Wallmart did not feel very secure/comfortable for not "local" looking couple... Hotel provided courtesy shuttle bus to Wallmart and back, so we didn't need to park our expensive rental car in "risk zone" at the parking lot! Very good service!

  I liked the oversized bathroom and the oversized tub. I liked that the toilet was separate and I liked the huge shower. The vanity mirror was a plus. The beds were very comfortable and the room was huge! We also had a beautiful view of the water with a little patio area to sit and watch the sunset. The free breakfast was ok. The staff was very friendly and helpful. - If we would have judged the hotel from the exterior and the surroundings we would have not chosen to stay here. This hotel is very clean, rooms are spacious, layout is great, and they have a microwave, fridge, and free wifi, free shuttle service, and free parking!

  The staff was very hospitable and eager to help with suggestion, directions or any other request. Polite and responsive to each meeting we had with the staff. The rate was very good for the room as we stayed 4 days. Parking rate of $22 dollars seems high but the security of our rental out weighed the cost with peace of mind. We were there primarily to visit a young adult son who also had other things that needed to be done, but the location gave us things nearby to do in between times. But we were especially appreciative of the staff from the front desk to the Bistro to those who cleaned. They were friendly, helpful, interactive, and welcoming.

Also Mike noticed that our bikes were sitting next to the car and moved them inside hotel in the middle of the night to make sure they're safe.
