  Location - The receptionist was extremely helpful and even allowed us to check out later so that I could take a shower after running a marathon. Everything was great and we will certainly be back. - Clean hotel. Good location-within walking distance to the sites but not in all the traffic.

  I liked the private balcony and the view of the Mackinaw Bridge and Mackinaw Island. We were lucky there were fireworks the night we stayed.   My husband and I make Clearwater a hotel our destination when we travel to Mackiaw City. We've stayed there about 7-8 times over 21 years if marriage.   The motel was very clean. It was the cheapest room I could find for the night as I was just traveling through and spending one night. I wasn't expecting much, but it was better than I had expected. The rooms were small but clean, and my room had a dorm-size fridge with a microwave and coffee maker. The bed was okay.
