  We did not book directly through Best Western so when we arrived, we discovered our room did not have a balcony but a patio instead. Told the management of our displeasure and they moved us to the 3rd floor the next day. We appreciated the accomodation. Once moved, we were very happy to have a private balcony. Room was very clean and the housekeep... was die leute sagen » ers were very friendly and thorough. - We would definitely stay here again. Was so clean and comfortable, that it felt like home. The staff was friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for shopping, eating, and catching the ferry to Mackinack Island.
