I dropped the family off at the entrance so they could get in the queue to check in.   The Bellagio was our hotel for our first visit to Las Vegas! The hotel is really beautiful and classy and right in the centre of Vegas. It lived up to all our expectations; the room was of superior quality, with everything you need to have a great stay in Vegas. The rooms are also very quiet and when the curtains are closed - The Bellagio is probbaly the best managed hotel that I have ever stayed in. The facilities and glamour are world class and when we had a small problem with the bathroom lights, it was fixed straight away with no fuss whatsoever. More importantly, because of the 40% discount that you offered us, I don't think the price of the room was particularly expensive, especially compared to other hotels on the strip. I am recommending your website to all of my friends.

  I cannot rate the staff because we had 2 experiences, one bad, one great. The first woman we checked in with was just snotty-attempting to be business like, but really, was a b----. Wouldn't give us a good rate, so we made reservations from Booking right then and there. Then, went to the other check in person, named Derek, and he was great. The bo... was die leute sagen » oking hadn't come through yet, so he had someone do it manually, and gave us a great suite. This hotel is wonderful---off the strip, and quiet. We not - The staff were excellent to deal with. We stayed for 2 days then away a night before returning for another 4 and they allowed us to view a different room first so we could check in straight away. As it turned out, we wanted the same room we had before so they made that happen and recognised the room had just been released so we could checkin right then. The facilities were exactly what we needed for a long stay. The housekeeping was also excellent as was the heated pool.

All staff we met were helpful and friendly.We dodged the timeshare sell bullet that some have referred to (didn't take their promised incentives so they didn't push the matter).

This was great as we all had our own space. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. You could get most things you might need within the hotel complex.
