I dropped the family off at the entrance so they could get in the queue to check in. It lived up to all our expectations; the room was of superior quality, with everything you need to have a great stay in Vegas. The rooms are also very quiet and when the curtains are closed - The Bellagio is probbaly the best managed hotel that I have ever stayed in. The facilities and glamour are world class and when we had a small problem with the bathroom lights, it was fixed straight away with no fuss whatsoever. More importantly, because of the 40% discount that you offered us, I don't think the price of the room was particularly expensive, especially compared to other hotels on the strip. I am recommending your website to all of my friends.

  I cannot rate the staff because we had 2 experiences, one bad, one great. The first woman we checked in with was just snotty-attempting to be business like, but really, was a b----. Wouldn't give us a good rate, so we made reservations from Booking right then and there. Then, went to the other check in person, named Derek, and he was great. We not - The staff were excellent to deal with. We stayed for 2 days then away a night before returning for another 4 and they allowed us to view a different room first so we could check in straight away. As it turned out, we wanted the same room we had before so they made that happen and recognised the room had just been released so we could checkin right then. The facilities were exactly what we needed for a long stay. The housekeeping was also excellent as was the heated pool.

Clean room but carpet could be renewed in the future. Extremely good value for money!!!
