Very clean, spacious and great location. A hidden gem!! We will be back - the only place I want to stay in Asheville from now on.

Even though it rained and was a dreary weekend, the atmosphere inside the Inn was cosy and warm. There was plenty to do and a variety of places to eat right there and once we parked we didn't have to get out and drive around in the pouring rain to keep ourselves fed and entertained. The Grove Park Inn has a spectacular huge entrance with massive fireplaces--looks like the big lodges in National Parks. The old part of the Inn is historic and the setting is lovely in the mountains and on a beautiful golf course. The staff was very friendly and helpful for the most part. The full breakfast buffett is huge and rather expensive but you also can get less expensive food in the shop areas. The grounds are very well kept.

I like that they have their own parking garage. Although you have to
pay 5 dollars per day, it is still worth it since this hotel is right
in downtown and finding parking there can be difficult. I love that its
very hip and unique.. The lobby has alot of character. It is also safe
for guest as you need a keycard to access elevator for guest rooms.

Terrific location downtown. Lovely minimalist rooms with a comfy bed and strong hot shower, especially liked the low threshold on stall shower entry.
Staff friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Hotel permits dogs, which we found delightful and homey.

some how your reservation were misplaced and could NOT be found. If had not had a copy of the confermation receipt this would have been a disaster. In addition the service at Fridays Restaurant ajoining the Hotel was a disaster to say the least and poor food besides -

Easy access from I-26, near mall, grocery store and restaurants, Approx 10-15 min drive to Biltmore Estates. Secure, Inside entrance. Free full breakfast... Not just pastries. Free parking. Will definitely book again! -

Breakfast was good. Housekeeping supervisor was courteous and willing to please, she went out of her way to ensure that needs were met. Front desk person was helpful and knowledgeable about the area. -

The hotel was really clean, modern and the bed very comfortable. The complimentary local beer served in the bar my first evening there was a welcome surprise. The hotel is really conveniently located but not right beside any bars or restaurants so it was really quiet at night which was fantastic! -

Everything, it was clean and looked freshly painted! Info about Asheville that was located in the room was wonderful, very useful and we visited one of the restaurants described and it was amazing. Oatmeal in hot pot was great!!! -

Location was unbeatable to Biltmore estate - close by I-40 or the back roads, clean, quiet, shower was wonderful, with toiletries, the beds were great - down comforters, staff very helpful, near several antique stores, great price, 42 in flat screen, you can not fail to locate the motel when you exit. -
