The bellhop/valet/concierge Brian was phenomenal! Gave great recommendations, very polite and friendly and more than helpful. The entire staff was amazing, but during our stay we saw him most. The rooms are great (HUGE) which was very helpful (we were there for our wedding and had a lot of extra luggage). Hotel is within walking distance to great shopping and food! Overall great!

Beautiful old town and downtown area. Hotel is in a wonderful location very near to both and down the street from the Biltmore Estate. The 1-bedroom condo was very clean, upscale décor at a reasonable price with a comfortable bed! I will be returning in the near future. And it was pet friendly :)

The décor. Room service was professional, friendly, and excellent.
Location to Biltmore (our destination). Quality of room service food was
wonderful-it made me reconsider eating elsewhere and including the hotel
in my meal plans. Starbucks coffee and tea in room. Lobby décor,
uniqueness of hotel-made me feel like I was home instead of at a hotel.
I will definitely stay again when in that area.

Even though it rained and was a dreary weekend, the atmosphere inside the Inn was cosy and warm. The Grove Park Inn has a spectacular huge entrance with massive fireplaces--looks like the big lodges in National Parks. The old part of the Inn is historic and the setting is lovely in the mountains and on a beautiful golf course. The staff was very friendly and helpful for the most part. The full breakfast buffett is huge and rather expensive but you also can get less expensive food in the shop areas. The grounds are very well kept.

I like that they have their own parking garage. Although you have to
pay 5 dollars per day, it is still worth it since this hotel is right
in downtown and finding parking there can be difficult. I love that its
very hip and unique.. The lobby has alot of character. It is also safe
for guest as you need a keycard to access elevator for guest rooms.

Terrific location downtown. Lovely minimalist rooms with a comfy bed and strong hot shower, especially liked the low threshold on stall shower entry.
Staff friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Hotel permits dogs, which we found delightful and homey.

Every staff member I encountered was knowledgeable, responsive and
friendly. Incredibly comfortable bed and pillows, wonderful shower,
everything was very clean. I had a corner room with mountain views from
both windows. The room itself was well designed and decorated. Room

We booked just the night before and got a great smart deal, hen when we
arrived we were upgraded to a penthouse so our stay was perfect.
Can't really review standard rooms. Loved the idea of a voucher
towards cots of a la carte breakfast. Meant we had a smaller better
quality meal

The staff was one of the friendliest I've encountered, from the front desk to the cleaning saff. It was clean, everything worked (and I travel quite a bit and am so surprised how often this is not the case!). some how your reservation were misplaced and could NOT be found. If had not had a copy of the confermation receipt this would have been a disaster. In addition the service at Fridays Restaurant ajoining the Hotel was a disaster to say the least and poor food besides -
