  Naehe zum Biltmore Estate - some how your reservation were misplaced and could NOT be found. If had not had a copy of the confermation receipt this would have been a disaster. In addition the service at Fridays Restaurant ajoining the Hotel was a disaster to say the least and poor food besides - The room was very clean and the bed so comfortable... was die leute sagen » that we want to get one for our home!

  Great hotel and excellent staff. We enjoyed our stay and were impressed by Asheville - this was our first time in the area. My only criticism is that the description states this hotel is downtown. It's not. You have to drive a couple of miles to the action. The location is still very convenient, however. - the bedding. The pillows were so nice ... was die leute sagen » and soft. Very white and fresh. Location close to Outback and DQ. Carpet looked new and clean. I liked the ease and efficiency of the thermostat. I appreciated the hairdryer.
