  Everything about the Hotel is first class. From the moment we checked in the staff are so friendly and very professional everything was excellent. It was my birthday and we had chocolates left in the room and also a nice touch there had been placed a hot water bottle in the bed. Never had that before.   A beautiful hotel in a great location. A warm and friendly atmosphere. Very helpful hosts. Lovely rooms, and a fantastic view from the coniston room which we stayed in. Especially on easter sunday morning, with the snow. A gorgeous breakfast, and dining room.
