For a chain, it's well done and as personal as a chain can get. The staff was really friendly and helpful and even let us check in a bit early. The location is right on the bus line and the foot path to the Falkirk Wheel runs right behind the attached restaurant. Decent breakfast at the attached restaurant. -

The room was spotless and very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was very good too, a good variety and eggs to order. Laura on reception was genuinely helpful and a pleasure to have as the first person you meet when you come into this premier Inn. Premier Inn Euston could learn a lot from this level of genuine customer service. Well done Laura, you have restored my faith in Premier Inn.

Uns hat in erster Linie, der Preis gefallen, das Angebot von 20 Pfund/Nacht war einfach gigantisch. We had a very good room with good facilities. Friendly staff. In-house restaurant was very good so we ate there on all 3 nights. The situation is superb, opposite Dunblane Cathedral. We were able to park right outside the hotel in the very quiet street and if that had not been possible the public car park was just across the churchyard and in sight. We had a great stay.

A very warm welcome upon arrival, and a good night's sleep in very spacious rooms. Excellent breakfast with a bonus for the kids - a fun kids area which helped them shake off sleepy eyes in minutes while waiting for their cooked breakfast. -

We had a lovely family room that we reached via a set of stairs through our own door. There was plenty of room even with the double bed, two single beds and a cot! The room was completely ready for us including the cot set up and lots of towels. Wall mounted tv with children's channels! Gorgeous setting in a beautiful building. Easy distance from Blair Drummond Safari Park.
