Taking the advantage of a late deal this was excellent value for money, and with only a few guests staying in the hotel on the lead up to Christmas we were given a complementary up-grade...even better! The scenery is also breathtaking.

For a chain, it's well done and as personal as a chain can get. The staff was really friendly and helpful and even let us check in a bit early. The location is right on the bus line and the foot path to the Falkirk Wheel runs right behind the attached restaurant. Decent breakfast at the attached restaurant. -

The room was spotless and very quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was very good too, a good variety and eggs to order. Laura on reception was genuinely helpful and a pleasure to have as the first person you meet when you come into this premier Inn. Premier Inn Euston could learn a lot from this level of genuine customer service. Well done Laura, you have restored my faith in Premier Inn.
