    All the rooms weren't the same which was really good mad it more individual. The pool was a nice extra and allowed you to relax. The bar/lounge area was very nicely laid out and there were board games you could play in a group.Staff were very polite,helpful & friendly. Reception staff always willing to help. Room was very comfortable and spotless. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a varied choice for all palates and dietary requirements. Lounge area with open coal fire was very relaxing. Spa facilities were excellent with friendly helpful staff.

    As I have stayed at this hotel before, although some time ago, staff instantly recognised me, called me by name and were helpful, enthusiastic and efficient. Stirling Management Centre location in the grounds of the university is picturesque with great views and I saw deer in the morning. The biggest asset of the hotel is it's staff in particular the reception staff who are the first point of contact and have to deal - Staff were nice and friendly. I arrived extremely tired. When I asked about dinner, the options were explained to me and then the receptionist said I could have dinner in my room if I preferred, which sounded great. Food was good quality, if a little small in portion size and quite expensive. I also took part in an all day conference the next day. The food was very tasty then too. Breakfast buffet was particularly good. Thank you
