  The room was fantastic and we loved having a patio door. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The pool facilities were great and very accomodating with free towels and lovely jaccuzi.the breakfast in the morning had an excellent choice to suit everyone. - Rooms were a nice size and the evening meal in the resturant wasvery good.

  I liked that the staff were polite and helpful, that the room was spacious and clean and that the hotel was excellently maintained.   There was a major power cut that lasted all most 24 hours, this meant we could not have full use of the Hotel as normal, but the staff were very very good with us and did not charge us for our stay there. - It was within easy access of Rugby and Northampton, all of the staff very pleasant and polite.   We were attending a wedding anniversary tea party held at the hotel. Rather than travel home afterwards we had booked to stay for the night. The whole experience (reception, staff attention, room, tea and bar supper) were excellent and, although one would always like prices to be cheaper, good value for money. Although we didn't have afternoon tea it looked delicious, especially liked the children's version. Food in the bar available all day and came quickly, we had sandwiches and they were freshly made, and we enjoyed them with a glass or two of wine!! Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, our every request was met with a smile.
