He enjoyed his stay and found the guest house to be warm, friendly and welcoming, after a long day at work.   We were attending a wedding anniversary tea party held at the hotel. Rather than travel home afterwards we had booked to stay for the night. The whole experience (reception, staff attention, room, tea and bar supper) were excellent and, although one would always like prices to be cheaper, good value for money. As our stay was short and for a sp... was die leute sagen » ecific purpose (our own convenience) we were not able to make an assessment of all the facilities either in house or in the surrounding area that are - Room was lovely, clean and comfy. Although we didn't have afternoon tea it looked delicious, especially liked the children's version. Food in the bar available all day and came quickly, we had sandwiches and they were freshly made, and we enjoyed them with a glass or two of wine!! Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, our every request was met with a smile.

  The staff was one of the best I've ever dealt with. The two reception ladies when check in and check out very so friendly, very helpful and polite. The reception lady at checkout helped me to sort out my dinner when I was suffering from a terrible headache. The lady who brought my dinner to the room was ever so sweet and so polite.   We got a fantastic deal for the room through letsbookhotel.com paying £70 for the night. However, I do not think the usual price at £110 is good value for money. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and in an excellent location being only a short distance from the town centre. The service in the restaurant could have been sl - Easy to get to & not far from Silverstone Race Track where my daughter was running the 1/2 marathon. The Leisure facilities were very good & we all enjoyed a good swim in the pool. Breakfast was fantastic! Will stay again next year for the 2014 Half Marathon.
