  Super kind and relaxed owners. Even we arrived extremely early we could use the apartment instantly. A "wow" breakfast adjusted to our food allergies. In conclusion SERVICE, out of a dream. Excellent with honors.

  Absolutely everything. All the little touches in the room such as the white fluffy bath robes, sherry and chocolates were really appreciated. Jeff's full English breakfast was one of the best I've ever tasted and both he and Annie were fantastic hosts.   We are relatively local so chose it because we knew it is in an excellent location - everything you need within walking distance. Ease of parking (superb easy to follow instructions). Facilities in the apartment are great, and apartment is within a secure compound. - Location was superb - fantastic views across Norwich. We stayed in a very large room with sofa, TV, ensuite, fresh fruit, complimentary water... everything we could have wished for and more. Breakfast was plentiful and very tasty, with the emphasis on home made jams, fresh milk etc. Also very impressed by the recycling box by the waste bin in our room - a great idea! Good location, too.

  The apartment was clean & tidy. Plenty of towels & mirrors which us girls needed! Everything else was perfect too apart from the small things below. - The apartment we stayed in was very modern and clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming, helpful and answered any questions we had.
