Also not far from Oxburgh - as soon as I got there I was made to feel very welcome as Jean and Paul were excellant hosts and communicators. Facilities were very good and breakfast even better with a personal service. The location is an ideal location to relax, mix with local people not too far away and very clean establishment.   If there is a better B&B in the UK, we would be very surprised. The hosts, Karen and Paul are charming, friendly, helpful and a pleasure to be with. The rooms are uniformly excellent (particularly the showers), elegant and quiet. One can sit outside at one's personal garden table, overlooking a well-kept garden. Decoy Barn is exceptionally well situated for anyone wish - We had an excellent overnight stay at this accommodation. Everything was absolutely first class, with the bedrooms exceedingly well equipped and comfortable and a very extensive and tasty breakfast. Karen and Paul were very welcoming hosts and I would happily stay here again and have no hesitation in recommending it as one of the best B&Bs I've ever come across .

  Everything about out stay was excellent, upon arrival we were met by the owner who was very friendly, the room was perfect for our needs, on the small side but this did not bother us as we didn't expect a mansion nor did we go to spend all day in the room, we had a tv with build in DVD, on suite, a kettle and refreshments and free wifi which was v... was die leute sagen » ery quick, you could also borrow books or DVDs to use in your room, the bed was clean and very very soft, too soft for us as we prefere firm mattresse - I stayed with my girlfriend for a night at the sandcastle guest house and i loved every minute of it. The room we stayed in was absolutely superb it was so nice and clean and just a wonderful place to spend the night in. We had a lovely en-suite which was fantastic and very nice and very clean. The breakfast we got was again fantastic all the tea and coffee you wanted, all the juice you wanted, all the toast you wanted it was just ongoing which was fantastic. I would defenetly without any doubt

  The landlady Gwen was very welcoming and could not do enough for me I was pleasently suprised with the place as you dont normally get much for the £35 I paid for my single room,could not fault it and the breakfast was lovely everything I could have wanted.Gwen even gave me a lift to my destination when I left. The owner of the B&B was a lovely lady, very friendly and cooked a great breakfast. It was a lovely old style building with similar atmosphere. If in the area again I would without doubt first check the availability to stay at St Judes B&B. Loved it.

They also have accommodation, but it's better to stay at the Vines and eat at the pub. It's probably quieter and definitely cheaper.
