  We often come to Blackpool for a long weekend during the illuminations but hadn't stayed in the Henson before. There were 5 of us, all family, in 3 separate rooms and we were well taken care of from day one.   This was absolutely unexpectedly amazing. Despite initial appearances this room was beautiful! Nice modern decoration very stylish and very very comfy and warm feeling. I went with my partner for a nice weekend break since she was born here and wanted to visit again, we were looking for a nice hotel that wasnt too expensive. Heating w - The owners were very friendly and helpful, Jan especially made us feel very welcome and at home, very nice gentleman. The rooms are gorgeous! The apartments are spacious, very clean and the lay out lovely. The beds are amazing!! Bedrooms have everything you need, (including decent hairdryers!) and the bathroom was lush! We had my partners 6 year old daughter with us and she LOVED it here! We will stay again for certain. Thank you Jan :)

  A great way to relax over a weekend and the facilities are second to none. We wanted to get away from the hassle and found this to be a little hidden gem. The near by pub was fantastic and everything hit the spot. You are left on your own at weekends with no reception. This in my view was great as it gives trust to the customer. Will be back ! - Tewitfield Marina is outstanding in every aspect. The accommodation is modern, clean and secure overlooking a well maintained marina complex.   All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location and beautiful setting the resort is in and being greeted by the ducks each morning. The lodges were well equipped and spacious. The meals in the bar/restaurant were reasonably priced and excellent quality, the chocolate fudge cake is to die for.
