  The 'home from home' feel and Donna and John were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. The breakfast and service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble. Brilliant all round for families. I normally stay in hotels when working away but thought it'd be nice to have a 'home' feel for once. The room was very pretty, clean and tidy. modern but not agressively modern. good size too. All good, and would definitively stay there again. - Everything fantastic this hotel is such a credit to Elaine & myself & hubby & my 2 child 10-9 was made very welcome from the moment I rang the bell :) the breakfast is fantastic so much to pick and all fresh the room were spotless as was the hotel couldn't of asked for more they even went out there way to help my older daughter & boyfriend who was stoping in another hotel they r such a lovely couple and will be sure going back again next yr

We went down to Blackpool just for 1 night to attend the Red Rose Awards and did not expect this trip to be much more than a regular 1 night business trip, my we were wrong!   Great hosts who made us feel at home with cake and tea for starters! We got tastefully decorated yet functional rooms with great views and exceptionally clean bathrooms. Our dinner bookings were kindly made in the local pub which served excellent meals. The breakfast the next morning was perfect with a good vegetarian choice for one of us. Would love to visit again. - We were made welcome from the second we walked in, Mel and Roy went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect, including giving us a lift to the wedding reception we were going to. Lovely little touches in the room, including lovely warm fluffy towels which felt amazing on my skin after my shower. Breakfast was fresh and tasty with a good selection.

The place itself is also looked after very well, the rooms are tidy and have everything one would expect from a BandB room. By far the nicest place we've stayed in blackpool. - I enjoyed staying at The Wilmar Hotel very much and found Derek and Rhianne very nice kind and considerate people who were more than helpful to me and made my stay enjoyable. I will highly recommend their hotel for any singles or families visiting Blackpool in the near future.
