Guest house is spotless and I mean completely!! Maggie was lovely and friendly. I was working at King's Cross and this location was perfect for me as its only 15 mins on the tube from Tottenham Hale to KC. Rooms small but functional. Double bed was comfy. The kitchen had all the utilities you would require if maybe staying for a few days. Garden was lovely and table and chairs are covered by a canopy (perfect for smokers). I didn't hear any noise after 2230. I would definitely stay here again e

I had a really lovely stay at Lawrence Road. Maggie was really helpful and friendly and the accommodation was great. My bed was comfy, my room clean and cosy and the kitchen fully equipped. Great communications with the one welcoming me. She was very nice. Also helped at night when I forgot the code to get in and everyone inside ignored me.
Clean and nice.
Nice kitchen, I did not use it, but it was nice.

Very nice and convinient hotel. Other guests' opninions reflect reality. Location is also almost perfect - out of the crowded and busy city but in 5 minutes you can reach railway station and in 20-30 minutes you can be at London Bridge, Waterloo or Charring Cross. Appartment is fully equipped and supermarkets and take-aways are just nearby working to late hours. And the most important quality - the staff :-) Very nice and helpful. The property was immaculate, very clean, very modern and conveniently located for the tube and Wembley in particular. Free on site parking also a bonus. -
The guesthouse is updated and clean. The bed is comfortable and the house is quiet. Also, it is relatively close to a tube stop.

breakfast was simple but enough. They provided a cooked English breakfast (without sausage!) but toasts, some fruits, yogurt and cereal were self-service so it was quite nice. The room was small but tidy and comfortable. And the shared bathroom was clean and not crowded. I didn't wait to take a shower.

she was willing to accommodate early breakfast and helped out with travelling suggestions and even let us stay a little longer than normal check out time. its very close to hornsey station. and even turnpike lane is few stops by the bus. -

Really nice helpful staff who took our bags to our room even though it wasn't ready and even did the same when we returned with some shopping. We came back after 10pm due to seeing friends but got our key with no problems.

Staff very good except for someone forgetting to be around to check me in when I arrived (at 19.45). Building contains company's offices so double check if arriving outside their hours. Only 7 minutes walk from Victoria line tube. Rooms seem spacious (always a plus with places also used for rentals). Well furnished on the whole.
