This hotel should be highly recommended. The rooms were excellent, the staff friendly and accommodating. Good menu at reasonable prices. Very Scottish feel. - The staff made you so welcome and they always had a nice work to say. The food was superb. Couldn't fault it.

I took a shower at six in morning and for some reason shower won't stop. I went to reception and told them the problem. Surprisingly they had maintenance guys even at six in morning. Cane and fixed the problem in minutes.

I like the fact i can bring my dog here, and he can get plenty of exercise round the lovely lake. Its the second time i have been and is a great stop off point when going on long trips to the Isle of Skye or North of Scotland.I also have been given ground floor rooms with a balcony which is great, because the dog can have his water and food outside.

I booked the hotel for myself and my staff as we where working from home, the Service from all staff members was excellent they seen to our every need, fantastic choice at breakfast cooked fresh the way we liked it every morning, Evening meals again delicious, I would highly recomend this accommodation to everyone -

The decor style was a nice try.
The food was lovely and there was plenty of it.
Considering they said it would be noisy the night we stayed our three year old slept like a log. We didn't hear a thing.

We received a very friendly and helpful welcome, fairly late on a Saturday evening, when the hotel (and town) was very busy.

We loved this hotel we stayed in a massive room bigger than our front room, My daughter had her own room and they had put a cot in our room to. The staff where really nice not a miserable person in site very happy to help if needed. View is amazing and the drive up is nice, Not to far from things to do with kids. The hotel is fantastic it has not been modernised like so many others, it has a personality and character of its own. I would reccomend it to anyone. Staff really friendly and helpful. Happy to arrange for me to have meals in room due to having my spaniel along, and even supplying a snack for said dog! When I was delayed due to poor weather, staff waited up for my arrival and gave me a lovely warm welcome at the end of a difficult trip. Basically, make me feel as if I'm visiting with friends.
