Excellent location, easy walk to newquay centre, fistral beach or other beaches. Accommodation is modern, very clean and lacks nothing. Breakfast was to the standard of any five star hotel that we've stayed in. The owners are very pleasant and cannot do enough to please. The place has just been done up and everything is nice and new and modern. Even though we had checked out at 11am, the staff let us come back to shower after surfing. This made a massive difference to our day and travel home. The breakfast was also nice. There was free WiFi and it had a couple of pool tables which kept us entertained whilst enjoying a pint at the end of the long day surfing.

  Everything! We couldn't fault a single thing. Anyone who does is incredibly picky because we loved it so much we stayed an extra night. Three nights there was like a two week relaxing holiday. We will definitely go back and we can't wait until we do. Cannot rave highly enough about this gem of a place.   We booked two rooms for ourselves and my Inlaws for four nights. We were welcomed on arrival by Phil who immediately made us welcome with tea/coffee and go,e-made cake, while Helen got our rooms keys. We were then shown to our rooms which were well furnished, immaculately clean with kingsize beds.
