  We had a lovely 4 night stay the staff were very friendly and accommodating , the room was very nice though not overly large, but the shower cubicle was large, we had ample tea and coffee making facilities, toiletries were included. Roy and Betty Martin and their family can’t do enough to make you feel welcome. The rooms are clean and have everything we required. We asked about breakfast as we had not booked it and to our surprise and delight, offered us breakfast on the house due to our room being considerably smaller than the others in the guesthouse. Staff were very friendly, always checking if we needed anything and very efficient on checkout. Will be very happy to stay there again.
