Was die Leute sagen
rooms were clean and spacious.Breakfast was a pleasant surprise since it's in the Beefeater Restaurant next door we'd expected buffet style but actually got table service cooked option which was very good. This was even more surprising since we'd eaten there the night before and were unimpressed with both quality and service. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful. We were plesantly surprised by the lack of traffic noise given the location although our room was at the rear of the hotel. alle bewertungen »
The receptionist, Laura was very welcoming and friendly. The room was well prepared for the very hot weather we were experiencing. The beefeater next door was very convenient as was the garden. All staff were more than helpful.
Easy access from main road, fantastic reception staff very helpful and polite. Family room very spacious and clean. Very good meal in adjoining Beefeater relaxed atmosphere also with friendly staff.
The staff are great, nothing seemed to be too much trouble. They were very quick to put anything right which was not to our liking.
Difficult to answer Q1 as I travelled with my elderly Mother.
The staff are very helpful, it is a simple hotel but comfortable. The bed is a nice height and very comfortable. The room simple but clean and spacious, the TV is new and good quality.
We really enjoyed our stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was very good there was plenty of choice (just missing black
pudding though).
Ample parking though fully booked. Room was large and had ample room for
me to spread out and repack my three weeks of luggage contents.
The staff have pleasant attitude and the willingness to help is something that is most rewarding to senior citizens.
There was ample car parking, the staff were friendly and the restaurant was excellent.
Very spacious and accommodating.
Found the setting good and the hotel very quiet.
Brilliant, and with the Beefeater restaurant it was an excellent stay all round.
Good friendly staff. Decent room. Easy to find and excellent access from A38.
The room was great and had everything we needed. Clean,
comfortable, easy.
The location, the friendliness of the staff. Cleanliness was superb.
As always a comfortable bed in clean and well appointed environmengt.
Staff were very apologetic when they were told of this.
We booked the wrong venue, but the hotel was very good.
very friendly receptionist, very good stay.
Rooms comfortable and bright/clean.
Know what you are getting.
Value.
The staff who were extremely helpful and pleasant.
Nothing special. Staff were quite helpful.
Friendly staff
Convenient for ferry port.
Nothing.
The access to the hotel is very poor. It sits on a busy traffic junction and although you can see the hotel working out how to get in is difficult. When we mentioned this at reception we were told that they e-mail details of how to get in but we did not recieve this information.
Nothing.
Only downfall Breakfast in Beefeater next morning tea was made from thermo water jugs not great for making tea as it went cold quickly other than that everything was exceptional.
nothing to dislike really apart from the noisy people above us, which was not the fault of premier but they did offer to move us. My Mother is almost blind so we stayed where we were as she had found her way around. Next time will request an upper floor room.
There is no aircon, the controls in the room are for heating only, so if it gets a little warm the windows are open or use the fan provided, either way you will get additional noise you maybe did not want.
Hard to find entrance to hotel car park - the first time. Internet
crashed due to too many users.
Nothing.
I was very disappointed that there was no free Wi-fi.
Thermostat in kettle was broken (but the kettle still worked and staff said that it would be replaced).
Noise in the corridors.
Was woken up at 6am by stamping and shouting in next door room (not the
hotel's fault). We booked breakfast in the morning as we had arrived
late the night before. It seemed a bit of an inconvenience to all
concerned and the breakfast was not quite as described on the menu!.
Unable to access the restaurant for breakfast until 10.30 a.m. on Sunday morning, this was because of the general public coming in for breakfast due to the offer of kids eating free.
Web site could give more detailed instruction for access off the A38 which was not easy to navigate in rush hour traffic.
We had a sleepless night due to noice from above. Children running across the floor from 11.30pm to 6.30am and the adults walking heavily after them. We did report this in the morning.
Too far out of the city, had to usae taxis.
Breakfast very poor cold and completely disorganised.
Blood found in bathroom.
no shaver point.
The only adverse comment when a doubleroom is booked why is there only 1[one] comfortable chair?.
The price compared to the facilities, poor service in the restaurant due to lack of staff and the low quality of the food.
Room was dark and cold. Carpet needed a good cleaning. The soap
dispenser did not work. Only one light was working on the bathroom
mirror. The Beefeater restaurant was very noisy and limited menu (not
even fish & chips).
Traffic noise--
Car park was full on arrival.
Everything.
