  The room was large, clean and comfortable. The room faced inwards so we overlooked the glass roof of the pub but there was very little noise so I was happier than it overlooking the town square. The breakfast was good and the coffee was great. All the staff were really helpful especially when we were trying to find parking.   Very friendly staff! We dropped off our bags on the way to Highclere. When we returned the bags were in our room and we checked in quickly. Its a good idea to arrange with your taxi to come back to Highclere to pick you up. We had a great dinner and breakfast the next day at the White Hart. I've guessed! The stay was fabulous. Chai was incredible. He ran around and answered to all our family orientated needs. The hotel was busy, but not loud in the slightest - a feat considering there were back to back weddings, golfing guests and lots of young families. Breakfast was great. Good value too. Would definitely stay again.
