Very clean and comfortable with quality toiletries and personal touches in room. A first class breakfast too.
I had a single attic room which was hot in a heatwave, so the owner offered me a double room if it was too hot for me! The room cooled down so I did not take up the offer. Nice gesture though.

Myself and my wife stayed at the Cimon for a short break in mid-October we travel all over the UK I must say this most defiantly the best guest house we have stayed in all the years we have been traveling the country from the second Adam opened the door we were made very welcomed he made you feel at home. The Hillcroft was situated in a quiet location with easy access to the beach or town centre, the owners were very friendly and extremely helpful, they provided information regarding local attractions and places to eat, the breakfast selection was very good and cooked to order, the acommadation exceeded expectations and we will definitely visit again.
