  We were made very welcome, the room was very comfortable and the entertainment and dining area was clean and tidy. The saff were vey helpful in giving us directions to the venues we needed to get to. The road works around Blackpool made things difficult but the staff could not have been more helpful with the directions they gave us. We have - After reading the reviews I was slightly worried about the hotel but on arrival the staff were brilliant, check in was quick and smooth, they'd gone the extra length to make sure they have parking for all guests. Breakfast was lovely and served quickly. The rooms are small but clean and comfortable. We had an amazing weekend and the service was second to none! I'd highly recommend the hotel!! Amazing value for money!

  This was a small boutique hotel with only 14 rooms. The room was beautifully decorated and all our needs catered for, all the staff were extremely welcoming and friendly and nothing was too much trouble, the Chef stayed late to ensure we had a meal on our late arrival. This large clean hotel has plenty of lounge seating some overlooking the seafront, and a cabaret room with nightly entertainment. The food is excellent and service is quick and efficient. All staff were pleasant helpful and attentive.

  I'm so glad that I saw the reviews of The Address on letsbookhotel.com and changed from my usual preference in Blackpool. The welcome I received, offered tea or coffee and the fact my room was available in the morning meant I didn't have to "just drop my bag off" but could leave it in my room. It was cold in Blackpool over Easter so porridge was very welcome, even more so when served with a tot of whisky (not forced to drink it) - Mr. and Mrs. Robinson were very gracious and hospitable hosts; very friendly, kind and sincere! The B&B was very clean and felt safe. It was only a 5 minute walk into the city centre. I stayed in a small double room, which was cosy and warm. The bathroom was clean and had a heated towel rack - the shower had hot water whenever I needed it and decent water pressure. Breakfast was made to order, and delicious! Overall, great value for money and a wonderful experience because of Mr. and Mrs
