We had a perfect nights sleep and only woke up to our alarm waking us for breakfast which we had a choice of time, 10am so we also got a nice lie in. Staff were very friendly welcoming and chatty.   We stayed at the Pembroke for 2 nights Friday until Sunday. We were warmly greeted by Alan who showed us to our room and explained how the shower etc worked. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. We were given a family room but there were only 2 of of us so plenty of room.The location was great just across the road from the pub.   We stayed 05/08-12/08/13 in room 8 which is a family room. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The kids bunk bed were in a inter-connecting room with tv etc so the privacy at night was a bonus! The staff were all brill and made us feel very welcome at all times. The games room is idea when with chidren as you can wind down in there before bed with a game - I enjoyed staying in the hotel they were super friendly with the children the food was fantastic the room was very clean and efficient and the staff were very welcoming we as a family would definitely stay there again in fact we are going back in the summerfor longer this time. This hotel definitely deserves a five star for a wonderful service and hygiene.
