  We got upgraded which was very nice. The hotel had a good atmosphere and the staff were very friendly. Restaurant attatched did good food and service was with a smile. - Very reasonable price and good service!!! Very confortable!!!

  Location is great right in the centre of town. We did not realise a light breakfast was included of cereals fruit toast etc and it was all we needed. Should we have wanted something cooked the butchers is just across the road and we had a cooker in room. Everything is immaculate and of high quality. We are regular visitors to Alston and would highly recommend Town View.

  Pub with accommodation and food suited us perfectly, meaning we could park up, have a meal and drink without any worries of drinking and driving.
