The room was large and well appointed and the bathroom was of a very high standard. There was easy access to Edinburgh city; a bus passing the door at regular intervals. A full breakfast was provided, The owner of the B & B was pleasant, friendly and helpful. -

The caretaker, Rachel, is very friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the fact that we could park the car safely on site - a rarity this close to the centre of Edinburgh. Lovely quiet setting in tree lined street with excellent bus access to city, also within walking distance. Welcoming owners who provided us with a very comfortable, airy and tastefully decorated bedroom and en suite looking out onto mature trees. This is a magnifcent place to stay, clean friendly spacious, comfy bed, huge bath, ( that ran out of hot water) however is in a great location 5 mins drive from the centre, quiet relaxing and all round a fantastic place to stay and would highly recommend it

apartment was fantastic, new, good layout, good facilities and amenities. location was ok - a good 20 min walk to the heart of the shopping district and royal mile and quite a walk to a supermarket. Great to have a balcony.Parking a small hassle as none on site and you park up the road. Ok when you are settled but for arriving/departing/ unpacking

Had a problem with the bioler and was fixed almost straightaway - perfect!!! Great value for money. Apartment wa stunning andeverything about it screamed luxury. We were there for a Friday andSaturday night -got a knock on the dopor on the Saturday to see if wewanted it cleaned!!! Wow!!!

The staff went out of their way to be helpful when we had a problem with my baby grandson who was ill whilst we were staying at the apartment.
There was always staff available even on a Sunday which was unexpected.
