The waterfall and walk to the harbor is relaxing and enjoyed by many - I really enjoyed my stat at Cramond Mill. Elaine is a wonderful hostess who goes out of her way for her guests and I could have asked for a better place to stay. Edinburgh is easily accessible via the bus that stops at the top if the street and it is also so very handy for the airport which is only a 20 minute drive away. Nestled next to a picturesque stream where the locals go fly fishing, I couldn't recommend it more highly.

  We absolutely loved everything about this place. It is very close to bus station, train station and super market and lots of restaurants. At the same time, it is not very noisy and very crowded. We had absolute freedom and no interference from the owners/ letting agency.   The caretaker, Rachel, is very friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the fact that we could park the car safely on site - a rarity this close to the centre of Edinburgh. We booked a studio, but were actually upgraded to a 2-bed flat for the same cost, which was nice. It is very close to buses and taxis, or close enough to the centre to walk if y - The studio was spacious, clean and bright. Rachel was absolutely lovely and helpful. The location was superb, with public transportation to go anywhere. I honestly couldn't say enough about how staying at such a lovely place added to our wonderful Scotland visit! My family plans to go back to Scotland and Palace Residential will be our first choice each time.
