  Great location to discover the town and it's sino-portugese architecture in particular. Knowledgeable staff, extremely helpful and polite. Nice little café in the hotel and outdoor pool. Good connection from the airport - safe driver, modern car. Very clean. Comfy bed. I needed to arrange for a ferry out the next morning & mentioned it to them in an email & when I arrived they had it all arranged for me.   We stayed here for just a night so we can't really comment much on the facilities - we were enroute to Phi Phi Island, but we absolutely loved the stay. Patong Beach is a 5 min walk. Bangla Street is right outside and the nightlife is almost at your doorstep but don't worry, Novotel is very quiet; you'll sleep like a baby. Even if you are thinking of spen - The hotel was at the perfect location, close to the beach and at the heart of Patong. Loved every moment of our stay. The staff were extremely courteous and friendly and we were very happy with the size of our rooms (both family rooms and larger than superior delux rooms). Last but not the least, the pool was simply amazing. Highly recommended hotel. Will surely visit Novotel Vintage Park in the future.

They would go through any lengths just to make sure your was comfortable an happy.... I could not express how much I enjoy an have enjoyed my stay there an would highly recom - Rawai beach is very quiet area compare to the others. I had very memorable 5 nights in Le Piman. The hotel is just on the main road, very easy access by rent-a-car/motorbike, taxi, or bus. Staff are so friendly and helpful. The villa with the pool view has separate living room and bedroom. The swimming pool is the best to keep you staying whole day at resort. Breakfast is very quality and fresh made by order. Restaurant offers all kind of food with a reasonable price.
