Shona was entertaining and accommodating. - Each room has an amazing view of the ocean, its a great outlook. The building is modern and the staff are extremely friendly.   It was a pleasant stay with Mercure Krabi Deevana. It surprise me with a birthday cake in the hotel room after our dinner. We never thought the hotel would be that thoughtful. As for the facilities, we are happy about it even though it is a little bit far from the town(by walking about 10-15min) and from airport is around 30min to reach. The hotel made us feel cozy and relax and we had a wonderful trip! - The hotel is new, very clean (room and theritory), friendly staff. Not far from the beach, about 20 minutes on foot or 3 mins by tuk-tuk (20 Baht per person one way). Nice swimming pool. Price/quality ratio is very cool, we paid about $65 per night, and the hotel looks like solid 4 stars (~$90-100). The restaurant is ok, but 70% of our dinners we had outside.

On the first day, we reached the hotel at 9.20 am and the hotel allowed us to make an early check-in just within 10 mins time for free!
