  The service is outstanding. Attention to detail is what distinguishes this hotel from many others. All of the staff, from waiters to gardeners, are doing an extraordinary job being very attentive and above all very, very friendly. I have travelled a lot all over the world, but this hotel is special. Rooms - everything was perfect. food, location, staff, cleaning. Staff is very kind and friendly. Nearly every night there is a social event like wine tasting and free tapas. They arrange many facilities like snorkelling (must try) and island tours. Also they put flowers every part of hotel and really smells good :). Rooms are really big and over quality. There are only 50 rooms in this hotel so that it is not crowded and quality oriented. Loved here.

I hope I am lucky enough to return to this haven of peace someday, as this is truly a unique and perfect spot - We stayed 2 night in Pimalai at the end of 4 weeks honeymoon trip. the hotel is located right on the beach spreading further towards the hill. the beach is quite nice but depend on the tide state. we really liked the room which was really comfortable, the breakfast (they have macaroons.. :), the shed in front of the beach. The service is nice, both pools are incredible. They have nice facilities for free at the beach. "why not" bar is great.

  The modern clean design. All rooms have an ocean view. Only 15 rooms. Food is great. Quiet and private. Surrounded by nature. Shona was entertaining and accommodating. - Each room has an amazing view of the ocean, its a great outlook. The building is modern and the staff are extremely friendly. As a result, the central location of the resort makes it a great place to be if you want to get out and explore for a few days!

Being a solo traveller i stayed in their Superior bungalow which at first was great, it was obvious i received a great room, overlooking the pool at the rear. On the first day, we reached the hotel at 9.20 am and the hotel allowed us to make an early check-in just within 10 mins time for free! The front door staff was very friendly, really what you'd expect!
