Hotel is new, clean and withing a walking distance from 7/11 :-). - Was only a one night stop-over before catching the ferry to PP next morning and served us perfectly well - even included breakfast too. Room was basic but comfy and clean.

  So my first stay in Phuket was at this hotel, which I decided to go for 3 nights to allow enough time to see the local area and take trips to Phuket town. The first aspect I'd like to credit are the AMAZING staff, which they spoke very good english and were very helpful in letting me get a better idea of the area but also are generally very nice p... was die leute sagen » eople to talk to. The hotel is also just a few minutes walk from 2 massive shopping malls (Lotus and Central festival) which host regular events for l - The staff were great could not fault them at all made me feel very welcome when they found out the reason i was staying there (my wife was in hospital across the road) they asked every day how she was and when i checked out my wife was in the taxi and they came down to see her and wish her well what a great staff they have there.

  We really liked the character and style of accomadation. There has been a recent renovation and this was visabe. We stayed in te royal phuket a year ago for slightly less however memory on on was much better. The location allowed us to walk to the Sunday market and the reception arranged our ferry to Koh Lanta. We are not big lovers of phuket town... was die leute sagen » and this stop was only for one night and a good base to transfer early next day. The breakfast was welcomed and service was good. - The hotel was absolutely gorgeous! The decor was incredible, it made me feel like I was in a b & b in Europe. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful in booking buses etc. The location was ideal right in the middle of the old town! Overall, I believe this was the best hotel I have ever stayed in.
