  I have stayed in more than 20 hotels in pattaya mostly 4 or 5*.. Since finding this hotel 4 years ago I would not consider staying anywhere else Staff are superb and all speak good English. I can not speak highly enough about this hotel. Superb.. At present some construction work taking place which is a little inconvenient but not a big issue. Hot... was die leute sagen » el location great behind avenue shopping centre and yet away from all the noise of the bars. Reception staff among the best I ever dealt with.. Friend - The hotel, the rooms & the surrounding area were clean, rooms was being cleaned daily. The hotel is situated in a very quiet area but not far from the beach & entertainment places. If you walk through Pattaya Avenue Mall you will be in Pattaya's 2nd road within 3 minutes & 8 minutes to the beach. WIFI was super, signal was very strong even in the room, TV had several english channels among them BBC & FOX news. Last but not least, staff were very friendly, polite and helpful.

  Upon arrival, there was a note on the lift informing us the pool was closed. We were very disappointed even more so because it was one of the reasons we chose the hotel. After settling in to our room we went to explore, we asked reception about the pool. They said that it was being renovated but was almost finished and we could go and see it. We w... was die leute sagen » ere more than surprised! It was a stunning pool, plants, fountains, view and loungers. We spent our next two days here away from the busy city. Room w - Nearby Central Market and 5 minutes from Bus station. Behind 2nd road. Calm. Less traffic. Motorbike rental without any difficults. Got real coffee 20meters away. And some steps further there are a 7eleven shop, an original, cheap and good Thai-restaurant and a travel agency booth.

  The hotel and staff were brilliant,love the hotel wit small kitchen big fridge lovely shower good water pressure,lots of wardrobe space nice decor,big flat screen tv,two things I never like one was the position of the aircon over the bed I think it could be facing away from the bed,as u can pick up a cold from the aircon when u are asleep,and the... was die leute sagen » location is a bit away from the main nite life area so each nite it can cost u to get bk to your hotel so if u like the nite life than its a bit far - The design and layout were modern and tasteful. The staff were friendly and helpful. My bedding and towels were changed daily and the room also cleaned. The room had a nice feel too it with a kingsize 4post bed which was really comfy, The kitchen was equipped for cooking also had a large fridge freezer. There was also a generous sized balcony overlooking the pool. And the Aircon works a treat. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. There is a nice pool area and well equipped gym.
